LA GRANDE, Ore. – Eastern Oregon University welcomes the community for trick-or-treating on Halloween from 6-8 p.m. in North and Daugherty residence halls on campus.
The halls will be decorated and EOU students will welcome and direct children as they arrive. Residence Life, the Residence Hall Association and Vending Committee are sponsoring the activity.
