Need to finish some holiday shopping? Find all EOU insignia items at the new Mountaineer Market at 1008 Adams Ave.
December 5, 2011 LA GRANDE, Ore. (EOU) – Eastern Oregon University’s Bookstore has expanded to include a new location in the heart of downtown La Grande. The Mountaineer Market opened in November on the first floor of the historic Liberty Theater building at 1008 Adams Ave.
Merchandise includes all EOU insignia items and clothing — a little bit of everything the main Bookstore on campus has to offer.
The store is located on the first floor of the historic Liberty Theater building.
“Opening a location downtown shows the partnership between EOU and the community,” said Lynn Paulson, EOU Bookstore manager. “There are so many folks who have come in to the new store and expressed their appreciation for having an outlet downtown.”
The Mountaineer Market is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. During the holidays and spring and summer seasons, the store will also keep hours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. The store phone number is 541-605-0444.
