LA GRANDE, Ore. October 21, 2016 – Mandy Link, Ph.D., is the guest presenter for the next colloquium at Eastern Oregon University Thursday, Oct. 27.
Link, an associate professor of history, explores the intricacies of the relationship between official, popular and private war memory during her presentation, “Forgetting to Remember: Irish Commemoration of World War I.”
The discussion begins at 4 p.m. in Ackerman Hall, Room 210. Light refreshments will be served and the presentation will also be streamed live at http://livestream.com/eou/colloquium.
