March 3, 2015
LA GRANDE, Ore. – A group exhibition “Case Sensitive” is opening at the Art Center at the Old Library Friday, March 6 with a reception from 6-8 p.m.
In this show, junior theory and practice students at EOU explore the myriad approaches to the artistic process, highlighting that an artwork’s meaning is sensitive to each case — whether inspired by popular culture, material exploration, or a reflection on one’s past.
See the exhibition through March 28 at the Art Center located at 1006 Penn Ave. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday.
For more information about the exhibition and EOU’s fine arts program contact Susan Murrell, associate professor of art, at 541-962-3467 or visit www.eou.edu/art.
