April 24, 2018 LA GRANDE, Ore. – The annual book sale at Eastern Oregon University helps fund events and trainings coordinated by Student Advocates for Gender Equality (SAGE) and the Gender & Sexuality Resource Center (GSRC).
This year’s sale runs Friday through Sunday, April 27 to 29, in the Gilbert Event Center.
Books are priced at $1 per inch and shoppers can take advantage of an early bird special from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday with a $5 admission.
Admission is free from noon to 7 p.m., on Friday, and when the sale resumes from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.
Proceeds from the book sale support specific events, including trainings for students and community members.
