This 40-credit program is aligned with Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) principal licensure standards and can be completed in 1\u20132 years.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designed for working educators, the program offers a flexible format that combines asynchronous coursework with scheduled synchronous sessions. Candidates engage in 300+ hours of embedded clinical practice, gaining hands-on experience in instructional leadership, school improvement, and organizational management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the program, students receive personalized support from faculty, a university supervisor, and a practicing mentor administrator, ensuring meaningful connections between theory and practice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
