EOU departments and labs have access to various network and local printers. Depending on your location and department, please check with your supervisor for the location of the nearest printer if one is not provided for you in your office area.
If you cannot locate a printer installed on your computer or are having printer issues, please contact the IT Help Desk at (541) 962-3111 or submit a Technology Ticket.
1. The printer in my office has a major error and is not working. How can I get it to work?
- The PC technicians in the Information Technology department generally don’t have all of the advance skills needed to troubleshoot complicated printer problems so we may have to refer those requests to an outside vender for review and repair. Please be sure to get budget approval from your supervisor before you submit a Technology Ticket.
2. Does EOU have copy services available?
- Yes it does and it’s located in the EOU Bookstore in the first floor of Hoke Hall. You can get more information from their website by clicking here or by phone: (541) 962-3035. They also offer delivery on-campus during the school year to most buildings on campus.
