In July 2016, the EOU IT department will be performing a campus-wide telephone system to NocTel Communications. The main reason for this change is a significant cost savings to the university. The migration to NocTel will not require any additional hardware or major changes to EOU existing phones or telephone workflows.
Please keep an eye out for additional infolines over the next month or so, as this is our primary means of telephone upgrade related information. If you do not currently receive infoline email messages, please contact University Advancement to get signed up.
