The Student Health Center is located on the corner of 6th Street and L Avenue.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

To make an appointment please call (541) 962-3524. <\/strong>We will ask general questions about your symptoms or reason for appointment. Walk-in service is not available, but we schedule as soon as possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

*To be eligible for services students must be enrolled in 6 or more credits.  If not eligible, any student may opt-in by paying the health service fee of $239\/term.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

MMR Immunization Requirement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Student Health Center collects student vaccination records for the MMR Immunization
state requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
