Health services will remain available through the end of the Spring 2026 term, giving students time to transition to community healthcare providers. Counseling services will continue without interruption through the 2026\u201327 academic year, and a new digital immunization records system will be implemented. The student health service fee will be reduced to <strong>$180<\/strong>, supporting counseling services, community provider access, and digital records management. Students can access transition support, insurance guidance, and medical records assistance through the resources provided by EOU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To make an appointment please call (541) 962-3524.&nbsp;<\/strong>We will ask general questions about your symptoms or reason for appointment. <strong>Walk-in service is not available, but we schedule as soon as possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-style: italic\">*To be eligible for services students must be enrolled in 6 or more credits.&nbsp; If not eligible, any student may opt-in by paying the health service fee of $239\/term.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MMR Immunization Requirement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accessing Your Patient Portal &amp; Uploading Immunizations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Step 1: Log in to Your EOU Portal\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the My EOU portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log in using your EOU student credentials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Step 2: Open the Patient Portal Card\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From your EOU portal homepage, locate and click on the Student Patient Portal card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Step 3: Enter Immunization Information\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once inside the Patient Portal, select Immunizations from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Step 4: Upload Your Records\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter the dates of your vaccines.Upload your immunization documentation for verification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width-100\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-white-color has-eastern-navy-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eou.edu\/health\/health-forms\/\">Student Health Forms<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width-100\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-white-color has-eastern-navy-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eou.edu\/counsel\/\">Counseling Center<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">After Hours Care<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Severe injuries or illnesses occurring after hours can be evaluated at the Grande Ronde Hospital Emergency Department at the student&#8217;s expense.
