Eastern Oregon University has received its CARES Act/CRRSAA/ARPA funding from the U.S. Department of Education These funds provide direct emergency assistance for admitted on-campus, online, and on-site students. EOU’s goal is to assist students with the greatest need, in accordance with federal guidelines.
To receive CARES Act/CRRSAA/ARPA funding, students just need to apply by utilizing the application at the top of this page. If additional information is needed to complete your application, a financial aid counselor will reach out to you.
All CARES Act/CRRSAA/ARPA applications will be processed as quickly as possible. Students will be notified via email (EOU email) once their application has been processed. All CARES Act/CRRSAA/ARPA funds will be deposited directly to their student account, and then disbursed based on the student’s disbursement selection on their personal student account (check or eRefund).

American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) funding is available for ALL students taking courses on campus, online, or onsite. These funds are to be used for financial emergencies or expenses that have arisen due to COVID19.
