Economics Minor


A Minor in Economics (available on campus and online)

Our Economics minor is 30 credit hours consisting of six required and three elective economics courses. The minor was designed to provide students majoring in another discipline with a working knowledge of fundamental and specialized applications of macro- and microeconomics pertaining to a market economy.

  • Minimum of 30 credit hours in economics with at least 15 credits hours being upper division.
  • Grade of “C-“ or better in all courses counted toward the minor and a 2.00 GPA (or better) in all courses required for the minor.
  • Minimum of 15 credit hours counting toward the minor must be completed at Eastern Oregon University.
