Mountie Portal Information

Accessing Your EOU Mountie Portal System

As an Eastern Promise high school student, you will receive an email with your portal log-in username/EOU email address and an active link to set up your portal password. The link is active for 24 hours.  If the link becomes inactive you can follow the steps below, or contact our IT Help Desk.

To set up or reset your EOU Portal password you can follow these steps:

  • go to www.eou.edu
  • click the “MY.EOU Portal” link in the top line
  • enter your EOU email address, aka username, then click the “Forgot Password” link.  You will be directed to enter your EOU email address a second time.  You will then receive a message to your personal email that we have on file.  The message will have an active link and instructions on resetting your portal password.  (your EOU email/username will always stay the same)  Keep in mind the link you receive will only be active for 24 hours.  If you miss that window of time you will need to run the reset steps again.

Once you have completed the above process you can log into your EOU portal account.  In your Mountie Portal/HUB view your academic history, order an official transcript, view and or pay your tuition/billing statement, as well as register for a class.  If at anytime you need assistance with registration please contact the Eastern Promise office at the number or email listed below.
