He holds an associate degree in Agricultural Technology from the Federal College of Agriculture, IAR&amp;T Moore Plantation, and a Bachelor of Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. He went on to earn both an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Agriculture (Agribusiness) from the University of South Africa (UNISA), a Certificate in Applied Econometrics from M&amp;S Research Hub in Kassel, Germany, and an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Agricultural and Applied Economics from Texas Tech University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Sammy was drawn to EOU for its beautiful and serene mountain setting, welcoming community, and the opportunity to contribute to the agribusiness program. His teaching and mentoring focus on preparing the next generation of agricultural leaders, with courses in agricultural business, applied economics, and agribusiness management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His current research includes examining projected climate change impacts on major crops and farm economic returns in Eastern Oregon.
