As a first-generation college graduate, she received a PhD in Decision Sciences \u2013 Finance and Statistics from Walden University in 2009; an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Marylhurst University in 2003, an MPA in Program Evaluation from Portland State University in 2002; a Master Endorsement in Public Finance from Portland State University in 2002; and a BA in Business Administration from Western New Mexico University in 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Geagon is a seasoned academic who has held the position of Associate Professor of Quantitative Management and Finance at New Mexico Highlands University, Associate Professor of Finance at Saint Martin\u2019s University, and Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management and Data Analytics Lead at Indiana Institute of Technology. The roles held in industry by Dr. Geagon include; Cost Accountant, Senior Financial Analyst, Senior Statistician, and Director of Actuarial Sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Dr. Geagon\u2019s applied analytics expertise is in the areas of:<br>\u2022 Finance<br>\u2022 Applied Statistics<br>\u2022 Supply Chain Management<br>\u2022 Logistics<br>\u2022 Operations Management<br>\u2022 Project Management<br>\u2022 Strategic Management<br>\u2022 Optimization Modeling<br>\u2022 Simulation Building<br>\u2022 Program Evaluation and Assessment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Geagon\u2019s teaching philosophy and approach is dedicated to teaching students how to use rational, logical, systematic, science-based techniques to improve decisions that solve managerial problems and expand organizational excellence.
