Scott Smith is an assistant professor of Education in the College of Education at EOU. Before coming to EOU he taught in the Umatilla Schools in Umatilla, Oregon for 28 years. During his time in Umatilla he taught grades K-6 and also as an instructional coach. Mr. Smith came to EOU in 2008 teaching education classes in the distance education program at Blue Mountain Community College. He is currently working on his Doctorate degree at Northcentral University.
