Beth Upshaw has been the College Operations Manager for the Colleges of Business and Education for 11 years and is proud to be an EOU Alumna. Beth’s primary responsibilities include the general operation of the College, which includes budget, scheduling, payroll for adjuncts and online teaching, and staff supervision. Beth has served on the University Task Force, Faculty Senate, University Budget Committee, University Council, and as the Executive Chair for Administrative Faculty.
Born and raised on a ranch in eastern Oregon, Beth understands the value EOU can provide for rural students. Beth received the honor of Women of the Year from the Union County Chamber of Commerce for her community involvement. Beth and her husband Roger have two grown daughters, both of whom live in Portland.
