You will develop skills in strategic planning, athlete development, and program management, applying sports science and athletic coaching principles learned through coursework to practical coaching and team management situations.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Professional Development:<\/strong><\/td><td>This position offers numerous professional development opportunities. You will receive job-specific training provided by the Athletics Department and participate in University-wide training events. Additionally, you will have access to sponsored training activities, career exploration activities via Career Services, and resume reviews with Career Services and\/or WorkSource Oregon.
