In partnership with the Eastern Oregon Workforce Board and WorkSource Oregon, the EO Career Expo takes place the first Wednesday in April on the EOU Campus in La Grande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This regionally focused event provides a venue for local and regional employers to connect with student job seekers looking for part-time, seasonal, and career-track positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employers highlight job openings from seasonal, part-time, and career-track positions along with sharing valuable information about occupations found within their respective industries.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Prep & Support Stations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A variety of work-search preparation topics, career planning, and employment support are represented at tables as you enter the job fair and as you wrap-up your time visiting with employers. These stations represent topics from resume review, to featured career pathways, specialized employment support for military families, and a warm-up exercise on how to start a conversation with an employer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
