As part of both our department’s outreach and recruitment efforts, seven art faculty from Eastern Oregon Universityare featured in an exhibit now on view at the North Santiam Hall Galleries at Linn-Benton Community College, 6500 Pacific Blvd SW, Albany, OR.<\/p>\n

The work ranges from sculpture and collage to oil painting and photography, and demonstrates the EOU Art Department\u2019s mission to \u201cactively contribute to the aesthetic and conceptual dialogue that is visual art.\u201d<\/p>\n

Participating in the show are:<\/p>\n

\u2022Peter C. Johnson, associate professor of ceramics;
\n\u2022Doug Kaigler, professor of sculpture;
\n\u2022Susan Murrell, assistant professor of printmaking and drawing;
\n\u2022Cory Peeke, associate professor of art history and gallery director;
\n\u2022Jessica Plattner, associate professor of painting and drawing;
\n\u2022Jessica Riva Cooper, visiting assistant professor of ceramics;
\n\u2022Michael Sell, assistant professor of photography.<\/p>\n

The exhibit will be on display through Dec. 7 on both floors of North Santiam Hall, which is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday.<\/p>\n
