EOU ORIENTATION FOR ONLINE DEGREE-SEEKING STUDENTS
Eastern Oregon University (EOU), is located in La Grande, Oregon, in the northeast corner of the state of Oregon, and was founded in 1929 as a teachers college. Today, EOU serves as a regional university and center for education, culture, and scholarship. The university has a vibrant on-campus population as well as an extensive online education program and a variety of onsite course offerings at locations around Oregon.

This orientation is intended for students who wish to earn an online degree from EOU. It will introduce you to online academic programs and EOU policies.EOU offers a variety of accredited online degree programs that enable you to learn anytime, anywhere in the fifty United States and Canada (excluding territories and possessions of the United States).Existing logistics prevent EOU from serving students who relocate either temporarily or permanently outside of these areas. EOU will allow enrollment of military personnel if they have regular access to the Internet and receive mail at an APO address.
