Starting in July of each year, students enrolled in the program will spend two weeks in residence at EOU. This July residency combines creative nurturing and academic rigor as we build a community of writers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eou.edu\/clinical-mental-health-counseling\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.eou.edu\/clinical-mental-health-counseling\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EOU\u2019s Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling offers a broad foundation in evidence-based, ethical practice for students through courses on theories, techniques, individuals, couples, families, and typical specialty areas such as trauma, addictions, and working with children. All courses are offered online, in a blend of synchronous, asynchronous, and online weekend residency courses. Students finish the Masters degree with a minimum of 700 hours of hands-on experience counseling in community settings, positioning them for success as future CMHCs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a title=\"Master of Science in Education\" href=\"https:\/\/eou.edu\/master-of-science\/\">Master of Science in Education<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Master of Science in Education is intended to provide the student with a strong graduate-level course of study related to the field of education. &nbsp;There are many online concentration options; Curriculum Leadership Concentration, Dyslexia Concentration, ESOL Concentration, Literacy Concentration, Special Education Concentration and Trauma in Educational Communities Concentration.
