DETERMINING THE SECOND LETTER
In this program the Polar Climates have only TWO letters in their classification. The choice of the second letter is based on answering the following questions.

Is the warmest month between 10C 50F and 0C 32F IF YES THEN THE CLIMATE IS AN ET type climate and you are finished with the classification.

Is the warmest month below 0C 32F If below then the climate is an EF type Climate and you are finished with the classification.
