Assignment:
Take the top three cities and set of three medium cities. and
a set of three smallest cities and then ....
then work out the Reilly relation ships between these cities within
a State.
Do the same thing for the top populated cities in the northwest.
(3 States) and look at the interaction across state lines.
Be prepared to rationalize the implications of applying Reilly's law to these cities.
