Talk to me if you are still wondering what to investigate. Consider what the other students completed as
individual reports and projects on the Smith Ditch investigation. Perhaps you can find a real world local
development plan issue...of which you can take a component and evaluate. Consider the issues surrounding wind farming.
Your proposal should be written in a professional voice and whould include:
ATitle, Methodology Statetment, Statment of the Question or Problem.....It should contain subheadings,
citations, bibliography.
