Payroll Office

The Payroll Office is responsible for answering any questions regarding your pay and payroll processes. The office is located in Inlow Hall, Room 205, Telephone 962-3286; Office Hours are 8:00 to 4:00.

Payday is always the last working day of the month.

Pay Periods

• Students, Temporary employees, part-time classified employees:
  16th through 15th of each month.
• Faculty, administrative staff, full time classified employees:
  1st through end of month.

Pay Deadlines

Classified, Recommend to Hire, Authorization for Unclassified Pay & Overload paperwork is to be submitted to Budgets by the 10 th of each month. Timesheets for hourly employees are due in the payroll office on the 15 th of each month. (A reminder is sent monthly.)
