Bi-Query reports are accessible from the main menu of the Finance Model by pressing the red-button titled, "EOU Reports".

 

 

 

Various reports are available based on category. Each category is accessible from the EOU Reports Menu (Reports by Category) by depressing their respected red-button.

 

General Ledger:

Fund Balance: Fund balance report sorted by Account Level 1 title. Includes Beginning Debit, Beginning Credit, YTD Debit, YTD Credit, Ending Balance and Debit/Credit Indicator.

Fund Type Balance: Same as Fund Balance report but reported by Fund Type instead of Fund Code.

Operating Ledger:

Consolidated Operating Statement: Operating Statement report based on Fiscal Year and Index. Report Category, Account Code, Account Description, Income Budget, Expense Budget, YTD Expense, Accrued Revenue-Expense, Encumbrance and Available Balance.

Consolidated Operating Statement by Activity Code: Same as Consolidated Operating Statement report except sorted by Activity Code.

Bookstore COS: Similar to Consolidated Operating Statement report but customized for EOU Bookstore.

Expense Cross Tab: Monthly Expense report by Fiscal Year and Index. Report Category, Account Code, Account Description, Debit/Credit Indicator, July thru June totals, Period-14, YTD.

Budget Status Rev & Exp by Fund - Cabinet Level: Cabinet level report by Fiscal Year, Fiscal Period, Fund Type, Beginning and Ending Org Codes. Fund Type, Org Level, Account Type, Revenue Budget, Accrued Revenue, % Revenue, Expense Budget, YTD Expense, % Expense, Expense Encumbrance, Available Revenue Balance, Available Expense Balance, MTD Expense.

Budget Status Rev & Exp by Fund Type: Similar to above report but queried by Fund Type and without percentage calculations.

Department Available Budget: Available budget report by Organization Code, Fund Type and Fiscal Year. Org Code, Fund Code, Org Description, Account Type Code, Account Type Description, Adjusted Budget, YTD Activity, Encumbrance, Available Budget, Percent of Budget.

Cost Extract by Index: Cost summary by Fiscal Year and Index. To be used for extracting data to Excel or similar application. Index, Fiscal Period Totals.

Transaction Ledger:

Daily Ledger: Direct data extract to Excel.
