WR 220: Final Thoughts Self-reflection is an important part of the learning process. The following
prompts ask you to reflect on your experiences writing and tutoring
in the course. In your responses, please be thorough and specific.
Please double-space and number your responses.
1) Review the course outline. What specific reading or readings struck
you the most and why? 2) What specific activity struck you the most and why? 3) What would you change in this course for next term? (Try to avoid
saying "less work.") What would you specifically delete, add,
or change? 4) What part of the course might you find useful in the future, professionally
and/or personally? For example, this could be a concept, a strategy,
an activity, or an insight. In other words, what have you learned that
you can carry over to other aspects of your life? Becoming a Tutor 5) What did you find out about yourself in the process of learning
to help others? 6) What one tip did you receive as a new tutor that you find invaluable?
