3) What does the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1992 guarantee? (In your writing, quote Clark and use Chicago/Turabian style.)

4) Reread Alex’s paper and how the tutor works with him. Explain what makes this tutoring session different from the typical tutoring sessions you have observed and from the set of "Best Practices" Guidelines? Why are these differences necessary? Be thorough and specific in your explanation.
