Mountie Week of Welcome
Move-in Day Schedule
Move-In to your residence hall beginning at 9am.
Take Care of Business – 9am to 5pm
o Review your student account on WEBSTER: Computer labs are located in Inlow Hall, Multicultural Center – Hoke, and the Learning Center – Loso. Week of Welcome (WOW) leaders will be stationed at each computer lab to assist, 10am-Noon.
o Advising/Registration: Are you registered for your fall classes? Check in with your advisor or if you don’t know who your advisor is check WEBSTER or go to Academic and Career Advising, Inlow Hall to get help.
o Immunization Form: Submit your completed immunization form to the Admissions Office, Inlow Hall.
o Parking Permit: A permit may be purchased at Student Accounts, Inlow Hall.
o Student ID: Pick up your student ID at the Registrar’s Office, Inlow Hall. Your EOU student ID is your official form of identification on campus. If you have a meal plan, your ID card also doubles as your meal card. You will need your ID card to take meals beginning with dinner, September 21. In addition, the ID card grants you access to numerous student events, the Library, and the Fitness Center in Quinn.
o Bookstore: Purchase your textbooks and related course materials. Don’t forget to check out the cool EOU gear while you are there!
Lunch – 11:30am to 1:30pm
This is a great opportunity to check out the Mountie Café located on the 2nd floor of the Hoke Union Building. All you can eat lunch is only $7.00! Remember, meal plans don’t start until dinner on September 20th.
Parent/Family Session – 1:15pm-3:30pm, McKenzie Theatre, Loso Hall:
o Welcome from Vice President for Student Affairs Consolvo
o “Parents as Partners” – Hear from Student Affairs professionals on how to successfully partner with the University to aid in your student’s success.
o Welcome from President Davies
o “Parenting at the Speed of Life” Presented by Dr. Will Keim
Free Time – Mountie Café opens for dinner at 5:30pm. Meal plans begin with this meal. Please remember your student ID. Cash price is $9.95.
Mandatory Residence Hall Meeting – 7:30pm-8:30pm, McKenzie Theatre, Loso Hall
Hall Activities – 8:30pm, Your Residence Hall
