Flexible programs
57% of EOU students are taking at least one class through flexible delivery, including on-line distance education and on-site courses. EOU has 17 centers strategically placed across Oregon, from Coos Bay, to Hermiston, to Ontario, serving the needs of off-campus students.

 

Annual undergraduate tuition and fees
2007-08 tuition for 15 credit hours is $4,653. Total fees are $1,419 for 15 credit hours. EOU does not charge out-of-state tuition.

 

Graduate satisfaction and faculty accessibility
93.2% of EOU graduates reported satisfaction with the quality of instruction they received. Nearly 90% reported satisfaction with course availability and access to faculty.

 

Residence Halls
On-campus housing has the capacity for 504 students. EOU's residence halls have all been constructed within the last 11 years.

 

Faculty
102 full-time faculty; 27 part-time faculty; no teaching assistants.

 

Small class size
80% of classes have fewer than 30 students, allowing for direct interaction with teaching faculty.

 

Financial aid, scholarships and grants
EOU students received over $5.6 million in financial aid, including fee remissions, scholarships and grants in 2006-07.

 

Economic impact
Annual $40 million budget = $100 million to promote the regional economy.
