The Staff

The EOU Media Services Facility has three regular staff and some part-time student employees. The staff positions are Media Services Supervisor, Audiovisual Techician, and Scheduling Coordinator.

The facility is located in Inlow Hall, on the campus of Eastern Oregon University. We are open from 8am to 5pm often including lunch hours. We are also open some evenings, depending upon our schedule. Feel free to call us to schedule a tour.

Kandi Savage

Scheduling Coordinator

I schedule the use of our facilities and other services, coordinate scheduling of your event with other sites, and handle invoicing and billing for our services.

Media Services Supervisor

I am your primary technical contact for Video Conferencing and related issues. I work with presenters, faculty, and students to help them become comfortable using the Facility, and to ensure that conferences and classes go as smoothly as possible. I also consult on media and technology issues.
