Wes Hare shares Iraq experiences at colloquium on April 8

La Grande -- La Grande City Manager Wes Hare will give a talk entitled "Triumphs and Tragedies: A Report from Iraq" at 4 p.m., Thursday, April 8, in Eastern Oregon University's Ackerman Hall 210.

Hare has spent the past seven months in Karbala, Iraq, where he has been on leave from his City Manager position while on a redevelopment assignment with RTI and the International City-County Association.

Refreshments will be served from 3:30 to 4 p.m. and the talk will begin at 4 p.m.
