Student clubs, organizations recognized during inaugural awards program

Student Activities presented the EOU History Club with an Outstanding Club Award on Tuesday, June 13, during the first Student Club/Organization Recognition Program ever held at EOU. Organizers hope the event will be the first of what will become an annual celebration of campus clubs and their achievements.

Polo club
The EOU Polo Club was also named as an Outstanding Club in 2006. From left, Marie Wilson and Brett Emmert, both members of the club, accept the award from Sadie Isley, president of ASEOU. Past Outstanding Club award recipients will soon be displayed on
a plaque outside of the Student Activities office.
