Cody Wyld Flower was born June 25, 1991, and hales from the small town of Dayville, Oregon, or in the common vernacular, “The Sticks.”  He graduated from Dayville High School in 2009 and now is an Acting Major attending EOU. Cody plans to pursue acting as a career after graduating from an MFA program elsewhere. He theatre experience includes community theatre with the South Fork Players based in Grant County and the Elgin Opera House in Elgin, as well as Eastern’s productions of Much Ado About Nothing and Assassins. He has also worked as a fight choreographer in shows at various venues. Notable figures who have greatly influenced his acting career thus far are his grandfather George “Buck” Flower who was an actor in Hollywood and put acting in his blood, John Fiedor for introducing him to theatre, and Kenn Wheeler for dragging him into the Eastern theatre department, which he greatly appreciates now. In his spare time, whenever that is, Cody enjoys being with friends, role-playing, and participating in pick-up football games.
