Anna Maxwell Music Performance Major
Anna Maxwell was born in Portland and raised right here in La Grande! Anna has been singing for as long as she can remember. She first became involved in musical theatre when she started performing with the Elgin Opera House at the age of 14. In high school, she was active in theatre playing a chorus member in Beauty and the Beast, Sound of Music, The Wizard of Oz, and landing a role as a leading narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. She started attending Eastern Oregon University in the Fall of 2010 and is currently a Music major with a minor in Film Production. Some of her favorite theatrical experiences, while attending EOU have included Phantom of the Opera and the Chamber Choir's annual “60's/70's Show.” After completing college, Anna plans to settle down in a metropolitan area, find a job and start auditioning for anything and everything, though hopefully some opera. Anna wants to thank Daniel Wagner for continuing to be supportive and loving, helping her develop her love and understanding of theatre, and being by her side through all their performance adventures. |
