Hayley Powell Performance
Hayley Powell was born and raised in The Dalles, Oregon. She is a Theatre Arts major at EOU with an emphasis in Performance, and a minor in Psychology. She started acting her freshman year while she was attending Columbia Gorge Community College. Her first role was Hermia in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and she is still very thankful to her teacher Richard Parker for convincing her to finally be brave enough to act. Her first production at EOU was The Phantom of the Opera in which she was a member of the Ballet Chorus. She has acted in a few productions since then and designed costumes for a couple as well. Hayley also works in the theatre department as a Costume Technician. When she isn’t doing theatre (which isn’t often), she enjoys reading, sewing, and spending time with friends. She is planning on graduating in the spring of 2013 with her Bachelor of Arts. After graduation, she hopes to get a job somewhere working as a costume technician to support her family while she continues to pursue acting. |
