Stephan P. Zacharias Performance Arriving in dramatic style with the police force in attendance, Stephan was born in Hillsboro, OR in the summer of 1979. Stephan is a graduate of Pendleton High School. During his high school career he competed at both the state and international acting competitions winning the Oregon State Duo Acting Title in 1998 and a Top 4 finish at the International Thespian Conference. That same year, Stephan was accepted in to the National Shakespeare Conservatory in New York. Stephan is currently a Junior here at Eastern studying with an emphasis in Acting, Directing, and Education. He has appeared in over 15 college productions throughout the Northwest, has been three times nominated for Kennedy Center Irene Ryan, and is a 2004 Kennedy Center Merit Award winner for acting, He has twice served as a theatre intern at the National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretative Center, and is an actor/director with the Eastern Oregon Regional Theatre, INC. Most recently he has been seen in the EOU productions of The Taming of the Shrew, the encore performance of Hole In the Sky, Brighton Beach Memoirs, The Scarlet Pimpernel, The Laramie Project and Fiddler On the Roof.
