HEADSHOT

Kelsy Carson

Performance Major

Kelsy was born in Everett, WA on January 17, 1992. She became interested in acting when watching “I Love Lucy” reruns with her mother when she was about 8 years old. Since then, she has had a strong passion to act and to always make people laugh. Kelsy played the part of Margot Frank in the La Grande High School’s production of “The Diary of Anne Frank” in Spring 2010 when she was a senior. That’s when she knew acting was for her. She then played Alice Blair in “Beyond Reasonable Doubt” at EOU in Spring 2011. Kelsy then played two characters in EOU’s summer production of “Plaza Suite”. Later that year, she played various roles in “The Good Doctor”. Kelsy plans to travel after she is finished with school, and then is hoping to settle down in Southern California to start her acting career. Kelsy enjoys doing normal college things; spending her time on Facebook instead of doing her homework, having late night study sessions with her friends, and being in debt. She also has a tattoo on each side of her legs, one of Marilyn Monroe and the other of Lucille Ball, in honor of who inspired her .
