Jonathan Phipps Directing Jonathan was born and raised in Seeley Lake, Montana and first became interested in Drama in High School. He later went to Flathead Valley Community College in Kalispell, Montana where he studied until transferring to EOU where he plans to graduate in the spring of 2013 with a degree in Theatre Arts with an emphasis on directing. For the 2011-2012 school year he was elected President of the Eastern Theatre Club and helped put together the ETC 10 Minute Play Festival in which his first performed work, Icarus Falling, appeared. Some of his memorable theatre experiences include roles in Grease, See How They Run, Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged), The Phantom of the Opera, and The Foreigner. When he gradutes from EOU, he plans on pursuing a career in acting and directing and seeing where that takes him. |
