I was born in Kodiak, Alaska and moved to La Grande when I was seven. I have always been interested in theatre, but wasn’t a part of a play until my junior year of high school, when I played Miep Gies in The Diary of Anne Frank. My senior year I was Angela Cash in Human High School, an original play written by my English teacher. By the end of my senior year, I knew I wanted to be involved in theatre for the rest of my life. I started attending Eastern Oregon University in the Fall quarter of 2011 and am currently a Theatre major with two minors: Music and Spanish. My favorite theatrical experience while attending EOU was being a part of Deathtrap, playing Myra Bruhl. It taught me how to memorize large amounts of text in a very short amount of time. After completing college, I plan to move to Seattle and pursue acting on stage. Thank you to the entirety of the Theatre program at EOU for making my first year here a fantastic experience. |
