Erin Mollerup - Performance Erin Elizabeth Mollerup was born in Boise, Idaho in 1984 to Janet and Richard Mollerup. Always the creative child, Erin and her sister Audrey were known for putting on mini-productions in their living room for friends and family. Erin first was turned on to theatre in grade school when a teacher decided to put together a show of one act plays. Erin auditioned for every play and received a roll in over half of the shows. Her flair for the dramatic continued into middle school where she took a few theatre classes. In high school, theatre took a back seat to Varsity Choir and music and the fact that the teacher at the school never did any musicals also deterred her from doing theatre. She didn't pick up the acting bug again until her Freshman year of college when she was cast as a tart in the musical, The Scarlet Pimpernel. She continued with roles in Hole in the Sky (which was taken to ACTF in 2004), Fiddler on the Roof and played a lead in Big River in 2005. She plans to live in Italy during the summer of 2007 and teach English. After this, she plans on coming home to Boise to try her hand at the Idaho Shakespeare Festival and community theatre around Boise. Then it's either off to New York for stage acting or Los Angeles for screen. |
