Ashli Palmer

On a cold January, night in Idaho Falls, Idaho Ashli Palmer finally emerged from the womb to take on the world. The year was 1984. Her first experience acting was in a 9 th grade acting class. She was some old woman in some forgotten play. She took two more drama classes in the next three years, but nothing serious. Most of her early-life was dedicated to basketball, rodeo, and soccer. When she graduated from Rigby High School, she decided to go and experience a new world where she could redefine who she was (Questions still remain as to how exactly she picked La Grande Oregon). During her sophomore year, she took a light tech and a set tech class that she enjoyed. It was not until her junior year however that she realized where she belonged. In the fall of 2004, she enrolled in an acting class. She immediately felt at home. Ashli is not only interested in acting, but is also interested in playwriting, stage-managing, and directing. She thrives on watching other director's work, trying to soak up all their knowledge. She does not know where she will end up when she finally gets a degree, but one thing she knows for sure is she will nurture her creative side from now on; it just makes life more fun!
