Amanda Slippy Theatre Minor
Hi, I'm Amanda Joy Slippy, a music major here at EOU. I was born on December 19, 1986 in Aberdeen, WA, but graduated from Grant Union High School in John Day, OR in 2005. Along with my music major, I am minoring in both Theater and Psychology. I have been in multiple stage productions here on campus including a role as Little Sally in "Urinetown", a daughter in "Pirates of Penzance", and Alice Sycamore in "You Can't Take it With You"and Amy March in "Little WOmen, the Musical". I am also a member of the EOU Chamber Choir and toured with them in China in Spring of 2007. I've recently married and my husband and I are in the process of raising a beautiful Golden Retriever puppy. After graduation I hope to make a career of my musical and theatrical talents in either performance or education. I like to laugh and surround myself with good-hearted people. |
