Minutes:

Tech Fee Committee met on this date at 7:00 am in Pierce Library to discuss ways to inventory Tech-Fee equipment.

Darren suggested purchasing bar-code labels, software and scanning device. Students (paid with Tech-Fee funds) would label all Tech-Fee equipment purchased in previous years and all new Tech-Fee equipment would be labeled before installation. A comprehensive inventory could be created using the information gained by scanning the bar-code labels. Committee approved this method of tracking tech fee equipment.

Documentation will be added to the Tech-Fee webpage regarding labeling and inventorying Tech-Fee equipment.

Darren informed the committee that security cameras are now operational in all the Enhanced Learning Project classrooms where installation of equipment is complete.

No date was set for the next meeting.
