Cash Box – (Short Term Change Fund)

Change funds are available for club and campus events when requested three (3) business days prior to the event. All Short Term Change Funds must be returned between the hours of 8:30am and 3:00pm, by the second business day following the event unless other arrangements have been made with the Student Accounts Office. If the fund is not returned within two (2) business days of the return date specified on the request, the custodian will be held responsible for the missing funds. In the event EOU cannot collect from the individual, the appropriate department will be responsible for repayment.

A Short Term Change Fund Form must be submitted three (3) business days prior to the release of the Change Fund. All clubs forms must be signed by Robin Weinman or the club advisor prior to submission.
