Print, fill out, and process the Release Form according to the instructions found on the form itself. Release Form This form allows EOU to release your grades and registration information to PGE. Without a current form, proper billing may not take place resulting in you, the student, being responsible for payment of your account. THEN RETURN TO THIS PAGE
