Present:  Doug Briney, Christy Oliveri, Patti Girrard, Camille Consolvo,

Colleen Dunne-Cascio, Le Alexander, Kristina Roome, Chris Heidbrink,

Emily Ice, Tawnya Lubbes

 

1. Approval of Minutes of the April 6, 2011 Student Affairs Committee meeting – a motion to approve the Minutes of the April 6, 2011 meeting was made and seconded. Motion passed.
2. Discussion Items:
   1. Diversity Committee Strategic Plan – a discussion took place regarding the Diversity Committee Strategic Plan. The Student Affairs Committee commended the Diversity Committee for their work on their plan.
   2. Action Items:
      1. ASEOU Constitution Revisions – Heidbrink discussed the proposed revisions of the ASEOU Constitution. A discussion took place and recommendations were made. A motion was made and seconded to endorse the ASEOU proposed Constitutional revisions with the discussed friendly amendments. Motion passed.
      2. For the Good of the Order – none
