Good Morning, I am , one of Eastern's Ambassadors. I am here today to ask your help by completing a questionnaire about Eastern's services, programs, and campus environment. It also asks your opinion about the importance of these factors. Please note that items 74-83, 115 and 116 are listed on the goldenrod color sheet in the questionnaire packet. These items were developed by Eastern to supplement the general survey. If you wish, you may add comments about the University or the questionnaire on the reverse side of the goldenrod paper.
The results of this survey will be used to formulate improved services and programs at the University for your benefit. Your opinions are very important to us. Let me know if you need an eraser to change any of your responses. Thank you for helping us out. The questionnaire takes about 20 minutes to complete.
