    a. Assessment should go beyond measuring student satisfaction to include measuring student learning.

    b. Assessment methods can include observations of student behavior, peer assessments, web surveys, written inventories (CIRP, NSSE,

        etc.), individual interviews, journals, portfolios, case studies, focus groups, presentations, written summaries or data developed through

        group projects, questionnaires, employer or supervisor evaluations. It is also appropriate to gather information from graduates based on

        employer interviews, alumni studies, and graduate questionnaires.
