Eastern Oregon University Intramural Program provides individuals with opportunities that encourage physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth in a safe, fun, and positive environment. The program is designed to enhance the total educational experience.

• Wellness and Recreation will compliment the students University experience by use of available programs and facilities.
• Wellness and Recreation students will be exposed to lifelong recreation opportunities.
• Wellness and Recreation students will comply with policies and procedures related to intramural activities that promote sportsmanship.

5. How will the achievement of this learning outcome be evaluated, measured, or assessed? Describe measures to be used. 

• A record of students using the available programs and facilities is kept to ensure that an emphasis is focused on the most used area.
• The department will seek to provide a wide array of recreational opportunities. These opportunities will provide a holistic approach to lifelong activities. Activities will be determined by student need, resources, and intra-surveys.
• Conduct issues will be monitored. Rules and regulations will be distributed and clearly articulated. Standards of behavior will be enforced.
